There are a bunch of Matsuri all over Japan in June, but because of my very busy schedule right now (work + learning how to be a dad) I didn’t attend any.
So I find consolation in those pictures of the Niihama Taiko Matsuri (I still have a few more to show you) hoping to be able to attend it this coming October.
Love the summer festivals in Japan. In the Tokai area most of the big festivals are in July or August.

So far, the only ones I know in the area are in the Fall. But on the other hand, this is my first summer here, so I’ll see soon (my wife tells me we have a few)
